CUET PG 2025 Exam Form Correction

The CUET PG 2025 correction window provides applicants with the opportunity to edit several sections of their application forms. However, while many fields can be modified, some remain strictly non-editable. Below is a detailed breakdown of what can and cannot be changed:
Non-Editable Fields:
Registered Mobile Number: The mobile number provided at the time of registration cannot be changed. It is used for official communications and verification purposes.
Registered Email ID: The email ID entered during registration is locked to ensure security and prevent unauthorized changes.
Permanent and Correspondence Address: The addresses given in the original application form remain unchangeable to maintain consistency in official records.
Uploaded Photograph: The photograph uploaded during registration cannot be modified. Candidates must ensure they upload a clear and recent image at the time of form submission.
Uploaded Signature: Similar to the photograph, the digital signature submitted cannot be changed. Candidates should have uploaded a legible and properly formatted signature initially.
Editable Fields:
Candidate’s Name: Applicants are allowed to modify their name if necessary, but this change can only be made once. Any further corrections will not be permitted.
Father’s Name: A one-time correction is allowed for the father’s name in case of spelling errors or incorrect data.
Mother’s Name: Similar to the father’s name, candidates can make a single correction to their mother’s name if needed.
Class 10th and 12th Details: Errors in academic details related to high school and intermediate qualifications can be rectified during this window.
Graduation and Post-Graduation Details: Candidates can update their graduation and post-graduation details, ensuring that they match the official academic records.
Gender: If an applicant has mistakenly selected the wrong gender, they can correct it within the allowed correction window.
Date of Birth: A correction in the date of birth is permitted, provided it matches official documents such as Aadhaar or birth certificates.
Category & PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disability) Status: Candidates who mistakenly selected the wrong category or PwBD status can rectify their selection. However, this may require an additional fee payment if the category modification results in an increased examination fee.
Test Paper Code: Applicants can update the test paper code in case they selected an incorrect subject or need to switch to a more relevant paper.
Examination City Preference: If necessary, candidates can change their exam city preference. However, this option is limited based on availability and cannot be changed to a city that was not originally listed as an option
