Aparna Rai Interview – From not knowing the basics to getting AIR 47
Meet Aparna Rai.
She has earned AIR 47 in CSIR NET exams happened in Dec 2023.
She is living in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh and have completed her BSc and MSc from her home town only.
After learning about the CSIR NET exam from a relative, who knew little about it beforehand, she joined MathsCare to prepare for the test and watched Dr. Gajendra’s YouTube channel to learn more.
She lacked conceptual understanding of every subject covered in the course, and her fundamentals were still unclear. Nevertheless, she overcame these shortcomings with perseverance, persistence, and Dr. Gajendra Purohit’s mentoring.
Her path was not simple; on her first try, she was only two minutes late for the exam due to a family emergency, which prevented her from showing up. Despite these challenges, she remained determined and continued to study on a daily basis.
She added that she received a 26 out of 30 on the general aptitude test and that she learned it from Dr. Gajendra Purohit’s YouTube lessons.
Aparna is appreciative of her family for their unwavering support, and she credits her sisters for motivating her to achieve academic success.
Finally, she said that it was sufficient to refer to Dr. Gajendra Purohit’s lectures, notes, and books. She also advised the other students that reading books written by different lecturers will only lead to distraction.
In order to improve their skills, she also advised the students to attempt solving the difficulties on their own before approaching them directly with queries.
